The Worlds Most Dangerous Polka Band began in the year 1975. Joe Hayden became part of the band in 1996. Lori McCord became a permanent member in 2011. For about 3 years before that she covered absences. The band uses a rotation of drummers. They play a mix of Polkas, Waltz's, Foxtrots, Country, Latin, and a little Dixieland. Their roots are in Northeast Minneapolis at a Twin Cities landmark named NYES POLONAISE in Minneapolis @ 112 East Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55414 (612) 379-2021
